BizTech has provided computer centric training to Tampa Bay area students for over 16 years. We are a Florida Licensed Vocational Training Center, a Microsoft IT Academy Program Member, CompTIA Authorized Partner and a Pearson VUE and Certiport Authorized Test Center.

We are also an approved Florida Workforce Vendor for Career Central (Pasco and Hernando Counties) Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance (Hillsborough County) , Florida Vocational Rehabilitation and Department of Veterans Affairs, Vocational Rehabilitation . A Unique Commitment

We are passionate about giving students what they need to succeed.

We work with each student individually to insure they can achieve their career goals. For career training we provide extensive employability training and coaching to make sure each student has a great resume and the skills necessary to locate the right job and interview successfully.

This commitment starts by providing training that is currently in demand by employers and is completely self contained. If the Program has a vendor certification, we build in time and materials to give the student everything they need to get their certifications.

TQM In Action

Our Team practices Total Quality Management (TQM) daily to achieve continuous improvement. Our most important requirements under TQM are to:

• Provide service and products that exceed our Customers’ expectations
• Find ways to give something extra to our Customers
• Work as a Team to improve our processes
• Ask their BizTech Teammates how they can improve the services or products they provide to each other
• Schedule opportunities to ask our Customers how we can improve our products and services

The results are a school that is constantly working to improve its training, facilities and services. Every member of the Team works to support the goals of individual students and each other. That is possible because we have a cohesive and well trained faculty and staff who enjoy working with each other to help others succeed in achieving their goals and improving their lives.
