Importance

CompTIA’s A+ certification is one of the recognized keys for students who want to get started in an Information Technology career.  It is the industry standard for computer support technicians. This international, vendor-neutral certification proves competence in areas such as installation, preventative maintenance, networking, security and troubleshooting. CompTIA A+ certified technicians also have excellent customer service and communication skills to work with clients successfully. 

Two foundational Windows Operating System and Internet courses include training on how to use Microsoft Windows 7, Internet Explorer and Outlook.  They also provide the necessary soft skills to be able to educate your users and help them solve hardware and software operation and application problems using Windows.
